This document contains the terms and rules governing the use of the 120y platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 120y platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 120y as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The 120y platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Any registration by an underage individual is invalid and the account concerned may be terminated.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 120y. Multiple registrations by the same individual are a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information entitles 120y to terminate the account without prior notice.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Malaysian identification card and proof of current address.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 120y will never request your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account will be treated as your own.

Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 120y platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including internet banking, DuitNow, and e-wallets commonly used by users in Malaysia.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. 120y reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate these terms.
Withdrawal of funds is subject to successful identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method and current platform policy.
Any charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers are your own responsibility. 120y is not liable for delays caused by third parties in processing transactions.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
120y Liability Limits
120y is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control do not entitle users to any compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, and software on the 120y platform are the exclusive property of 120y or our licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any content without prior written consent. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
120y reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in cases of terms violation, fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or suspicious usage. Any valid balance in an account closed for other reasons will be returned following successful identity verification.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 120y platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. 120y is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
120y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance.
In the event of any conflict between the Malay-language version and any translated version of these terms, the Malay-language version shall prevail.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
